The REAL REASON Behind the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico - 2010
Thank you Bush administration. For those that are hounding the Obama administration for this mess, check this out. Not only was Bush an embarrassment every time he opened his mouth, his administration did this country and world great harm. Tea Party members, stop chanting less government, start looking at what less government has done with deregulation! Tricky Dick and now Oil Slick Dick......haven't we as Americans had enough? We will be living with the Bush administrations fallout for many years...what next? HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

SERVICE....really? No I Mean...... REALLY???? There Was Such A Thing Once?
Got the Picture? SERVICE is nil, kaput, DEAD in this country. Well at least it is at UPS. The guys wearing the brown uniforms, in the brown trucks, etc., not to be mistaken for the USPS our "Fine" governmental postal service. Ok I'll not go there, for now they are NOT on MY LIST.
Imagine that you address an article to where you WANT it to go. Truly, imagine that, you wouldn't address it to somewhere you DIDN'T want it to go. Would you? So you DOUBLE check it to make sure you've not transposed any numbers. RE- CHECK the DOUBLE check (it is THAT important an article). You CHECK that it is @@@@@@West Such and Such Street. You've marked the email my tracking confirmation request. You pay their "modest" :::::choking:::::: :::::::gasping::::: fees ( sorry hair ball) for next morning delivery cross country, and send it off on it's way, ever confident that it will arrive tomorrow morning before 10:30 AM EDT.
The next morning you check your email and YES it is THERE...you've got confirmation!!!!!! You read down the email, noting the time delivered, the person that signed for it, the DOCK?????? WAIT ...... WHAT ..... DOCK?????? I didn't send anything to anywhere that had a DOCK ... this was a FRONT DOOR delivery! Oh Oh.....@@@@@@ EAST WRONG STREET!!!!!! Yes the entity has the same name...BUT there is a huge difference in what each location DOES, and DOESN'T DO.
BREATHE, Breathe, breathe....ok that's better. I'll just call them and explain that they've sent MY item to the wrong place, easy enough they can just pick it up and take it to where it should go. They at least got the city and state right.
Up to this point I could give them a .... well everyone has a bad day and they just misread the label. That is untill I CALLED them. Service after this point well it DIED a slowwwwwwwww cruel death, along with my patience and sanity.
After dialing the 1 800 number for the UPS I got .... surprise.... an automated response voice, which I am sure some PROGRAMMER diabolically programmed into a LOOP. I went through their list, no not that one, nor that one, NOT that one.....finally I said "operator", to which the auto "woman voice" replied..."I'm sorry I didn't understand that" I replied "Operator" to which it said, "I'm sorry I didn't understand that". Ok so maybe "operator" wasn't a "trigger" word.....hmmmm OH...I probably can bypass this auto NUT by keying "0". Then heard "I'm sorry that is not a VALID response" Did I just imagine that the AUTOVOICE sounded ANNOYED? Now I'm scrambling, I'm NOT going to hang up and start this charade over.....what would they call a service rep...oh ... I said "Service Representative" " I'm sorry I didn't understand that"; hmmm "Service" "I'm sorry I didn't understand that" muttering..."I bet you didn't, UPS has NO such thing"...."I'm sorry I didn't understand that". OK I didn't HISS and SPIT at this point....I started the breathing exercise..."I'm sorry I didn't understand that". Now I was speechless...we had reached the nobody is talking point, when I hear "Would you like to be connected to an "Agent"?" AGENT!!!!! That golden word. "Yes", "I'm sorry I didn't understand that". I refrained from banging my head on my desk, but barely. "Agent" "What department would you like, Service, Billing, Tracking?" "Tracking" "I'll connect you"....Thank GOD..."I'm sorry I didn't understand that" NOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooo. It got the better of me I HUNG UP, I was reduced to shuttering breaths. Finally I calmed myself and redialed the 1-800 number and when I heard the "VOICE" I calmly replied, "Agent, tracking", "I'll connect you."
